The Cape Chamber is pleased to announce an expanded member information service aimed at improving access to relevant business information, contacts and opportunities.
We have added a dedicated digital messaging platform to supplement our existing email helpline. The expanded service, henceforth known as ASK, utilises WhatsApp to streamline member queries. This instant messaging route will enable members to send queries to our enquiry desk; we then source the requested information or contact from within our extensive Chamber Network of Networks.
By using the upgraded ASK service, members can fully benefit from a Chamber ecosystem comprising 120,000+ enterprises across industry, government, and academia.
How the ASK Platform Works (Process)
ASK Process Flow:
- Business submits a question / request through the ASK platform – WhatsApp 082 702 7865 or email: info@capechamber.co.za
- Chamber receives and logs the query
- Chamber identifies the relevant organisation / association / department / information
- Chamber responds to the query with the appropriate contact details or person, wherever possible.
Please note: ASK is designed to facilitate connections and information-sharing. It is not an operational helpdesk for resolving commercial problems. Our goal is to help members leverage our shared network across all regional economic sectors to maximum effect.
